November is here and it seemed as if the pre-election get to know your candidates was going to last forever, but alas, it is now said and done with a very new president. Here's hoping for the promises made and the changes this country so desperately needs will come to fruition for all of mankind.
Now onward about my new site you are now viewing. Welcome to Essential Verdure. I started the month of November with a new phone number which spurned me onto other new things, thus a new name and now a new website. Here at Essential Verdure you will find all health related issues I can think of that is within my area of expertise. And that which is out of my realm I will do my best to guide you with accurate information from reliable sources.
You are probably wondering what "verdure" means. I came across this word while looking for an alternative to the word health, healthy, well-being, etc. I wanted something different to standout from all the others. The world wide web isn't as wide as it once was when it comes to picking out a domain name.

Ver·dure (vûrjr) key NOUN: The lush greenness of flourishing vegetation.
Vigorous greenery. A fresh or flourishing condition: the verdure of childhood.

So, there you have it, Essential Verdure. I have big ideas and plans in my head on what I would like this blog to become so expect changes as least for awhile as it grows and expands.
