Today is a rainy cool fall day - a day of knowing that everything is being cleared, cleansed and washed away, all the negativity, hurt, wounds and sadness. Fears are allowed to come to the surface so they too can be washed away with the tears of the angels. Leaving us fresh and new so we can continue on our path of green and growth;verdure.
As I am learning to follow my emotional guidance system and recognizing when not to when I am in the box of emotional upset, following it, following my intuition, asking and listening, it is truly given the answer I so seek, and become one with the flow of life as I am learning to navigate this river within and without to become a master of my domain of the many lives I have lived and those I will live and for whom I have met and will meet and those who are in my life now-whew-almost takes my breath away. That is when I sit back, relax, take a deep breath and fold all this in on itself, as if it is an origami box into nothingness for it all is an illusion I've/we've created and each day can choose to recreate anew once again. How are you going to create today? Through emotion, mental, spiritual and physical, we are all one. Embrace one another. Embrace yourself. Live for today. For that is all you/we truly have for in space/time there is no time. It just is.
